2017 Sales Results Are In LakeWeissAlabama.com Real Estate Services is a member of the Etowah and Cherokee County Board of Realtors. The fiscal year for the Board runs from October 1st to September 30th each year. The Board meets annually to determine the winner of the annual sales contest. While the winner for 2017 has not been officially decided as of yet, we do have some numbers that we can look at to determine how sales were recorded over that 12 month period by our MLS service. The following chart represents LakeWeissAlabama.com's standing within Cherokee County. As you can see, 2016 was a good year again for my office selling an average of 3 properties each week. Another statistic of relevance is the sales ranking of all the agents in Cherokee County. Not only did I have another good year, but my daughter (Heather Myers) also did quite well ranking #3.
